
My name is Sue Fleet, and I am a certified Bio-Energy Healing Therapist.
I’ve always had a strong interest in complementary and holistic therapies, exploring a variety of alternative treatments such as reflexology, acupuncture, and regular massages. However it was the powerful effects and benefits of Bio-Energy treatments that deeply resonated with me and led me to pursue energy healing as a profession. While I initially trained as a Reiki Practitioner, my main focus and passion is now practicing Bio-Energy Healing.


What is Bio-Energy?
Bio-Energy Healing is a holistic therapy that focuses on balancing and restoring the natural flow of energy within and around the body. It is based on the belief that the body has a bio-energy field, often referred to as the aura, which interacts with the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of a person’s well-being.
Central to this practice are chakras, which are energy centres that regulate the flow of energy through the body. Bio-Energy Healing works by detecting and clearing blockages or imbalances in this energy field. These disruptions can arise from stress, illness, trauma, or emotional turmoil, and they are believed to affect not just the energy system but also physical and mental health. By restoring the smooth flow of energy, the therapy aims to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself and promote a sense of balance and well-being.
Therapists typically use non-invasive techniques such as hand movements around the body to manipulate and rebalance the bio-energy field, without physical contact. The goal is to enhance energy flow, which in turn can lead to improved health, emotional balance, and overall vitality.
